Interns
Patient Care Experience (PCE) is a unique and important part of a pre-PA students’ application. The Pre-Physician Assistant Club at UCLA is looking for 3 dedicated members to help increase the accessibility of various PCE opportunities and educate members on how to obtain certifications. In addition, interns will learn more about how our club operates and gain valuable leadership experience. Please note that no experience or expertise in the profession is required. Anyone regardless of year or major is encouraged to apply. We are looking for individuals with a passion for learning and leadership, while promoting our club goals:

Thus, internship roles will be interdisciplinary and project based according to the main goals of each quarter.
Fall 2025
The intention of Fall quarter is to educate pre-PA members on various PCE opportunities and how to obtain them

Compile lists of where to obtain a PCE certification/license + job opportunities

Create presentations on the roles of various PCE opportunities

Internship Requirements

Must intend to be an active member for the 2025-2026 academic year

Attend mandatory biweekly board meetings (even weeks Tuesday, 6-7PM)

Complete any assignments assigned in a timely manner

Interns must reapply each quarter as new projects are introduced
